A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a role where you oversee the life cycle of hot gas path components for large gas turbines. As a Technical Project Manager (f/m/d), you gather fleet information to ensure the refurbishment of these components, playing a vital role in resource conservation and Siemens Energy’s economic success. You coordinate quality, delivery schedules, and costs, working closely with international suppliers and internal customers. Your day is filled with contributing to digitalization initiatives like process automation and KPI analysis, all while being part of a dedicated, interdisciplinary team within Global Operations Management of the Gas Service Organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Oversee the entire process for returned gas turbine components, from intake to reintegration.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to establish project scope, timelines, and requirements.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, considering turbine parameters and component conditions.
  • Coordinate refurbishment activities with a global supplier network and manage logistics.
  • Schedule projects, prioritize tasks, and balance capacities to address delivery conflicts.
  • Enhance processes through KPI analysis and visualization, driving digitalization and automation initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management or order management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced SAP skills.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with strong communication skills.
  • Confidence in interacting with suppliers, colleagues, and internal customers, with an interest in process improvement and digitalization.
  • Practical experience in process digitalization, including automation, data analysis, and system integration; business-fluent English skills, with German as optional.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization, integrating all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof.
