Job Description
- Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and changes
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, and switching issues
- Manage and support Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR) via dashboard
- Work on F5 load balancers, Cisco Nexus switches, and wireless controllers
- Handle DHCP/DNS configuration and troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance to ensure uptime and SLA compliance
- Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and basic routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and routine health checks
- Collaborate with L3 teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation (topology, configurations, procedures)
- Participate in on-call rotation and support during network outages
