We’re supporting a leading General Contractor on a large-scale data hall fit-out in Finland, and we’re looking for a Commissioning Manager to take full control of this critical phase.

This isn’t a back-seat role — you’ll be driving the strategy, leading the team, and owning the outcome.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full ownership of commissioning across the data hall — from strategy through to final handover.

• Lead commissioning strategy and execution
• Coordinate electrical & mechanical systems
• Drive testing, validation, and handover
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and client interfaces
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and programme targets are met

👥 Your Team

You’ll directly lead:

• Electrical Commissioning Engineer
• Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

• Location: Finland 🇫🇮

• Duration: 12-month contract
• Engagement: Flexible (rotation + competitive day rate)

• Proven Commissioning Manager experience (data centre / mission-critical)
• Strong electrical and mechanical understanding
• Background with a General Contractor
• Confident leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communicator with client-facing experience
