CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Project | Sweden | 2-Year Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Sweden on a long-term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale mission-critical project, overseeing the full CSA package from pre-construction and planning through to construction delivery, commissioning support, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Drive programme delivery, quality, and health & safety standards
• Oversee site execution and ensure works are delivered to schedule
• Support commissioning activities and project close-out
• Monitor progress, reporting, and commercial performance
• Ensure successful handover to client teams

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale CSA packages
• Background in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Strong construction and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage fast-paced project environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
