1812 - Senior Manager Corporate Governance - AIFM

Our client is a leading global private markets platform operating across multiple strategies and jurisdictions. In Luxembourg, its AIFM runs with a small, expert team where governance matters, decisions are close, and individual contribution truly counts.

Your role:

You will fully own governance and corporate administration across the AIFM and the entities and funds it manages (regulated and unregulated).

In a small and evolving structure, you are not just coordinating you are structuring, deciding, and executing.

Your scope includes:

Governance ownership

• Act as the internal point of reference for governance matters
• Define and enhance governance frameworks aligned with Luxembourg and EU regulatory standards (AIFMD exposure required)
• Structure and elevate board and committee processes (agenda setting, materials, minutes, follow-ups)
• Represent governance within boards and forums, ensuring consistency across strategies

Corporate Administration leadership:

• Lead the corporate administration function end-to-end
• Manage and support a small team while remaining hands-on
• Oversee entity lifecycle management, statutory records, shareholder administration and corporate housekeeping
• You will work closely with senior AIFM leadership and investment teams in a high-trust, high-accountability environment.

Your profile

• Strong governance & corporate administration experience within an AIFM, asset manager, regulated financial institution or professional services firm
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg / EU regulatory frameworks including AIFMD
• Experience interacting with boards and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable combining structuring, coordination and hands-on execution
• Clear communicator with strong judgement and prioritisation skills
• You thrive where there is ownership, visibility, and expectations
