Product Management & Fund Structuring | Private Markets

A leading multi-strategy alternative investment manager with significant scale across private markets & alternatives, is looking for a senior product professional to join their Funds Management team.

This is a broad, high-ownership product role — spanning fund concept design, capital structuring, investment allocation and portfolio-level oversight across a diversified funds platform. You'll work closely across investment, transaction management and funds management teams throughout the fund lifecycle, with direct IC-level exposure and genuine commercial accountability.

The role:

• Design and assess new fund concepts — strategy, structure, investor alignment and scalability
• Lead capital structuring across new and existing funds, both institutional and wholesale
• Drive capital and funding allocation across transactions and vehicles, balancing return, concentration, liquidity and portfolio considerations
• Provide portfolio-level capital oversight — monitoring trends, liquidity positions and emerging constraints
• Prepare and present IC papers for new funds, structural changes and capital allocation decisions
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of product and capital strategy across the platform

What they're looking for:

• Senior experience in a product, structuring or capital solutions role within private markets
• Deep understanding of fund structures across both institutional and wholesale channels — unit trusts, managed accounts, closed-end vehicles, co-investment structures and similar
• Ability to assess commercial viability, investor suitability and scalability of new product concepts
• Strong grasp of portfolio-level capital management, liquidity oversight and risk dynamics
• Comfortable interpreting and challenging financial analysis to inform product and structuring decisions
• Strong stakeholder skills — able to engage credibly across investment, risk, finance and distribution teams
• High accountability and sound commercial judgement
