Role Overview

Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Join our Shared Services Center as an AP Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities:

• External Invoices - In accordance with Esker guidelines process external supplier invoices matching them with PO and goods receipts as well as process non-PO invoices and customs documents
• Intercompany - Process intercompany invoices and verifies correctness of intercompany balances
• Payments - Process automatic & manual payments. Ensures timely payments
• T&E - Process employees expenses submitted in Concur, credit card expenses and perform credit card reconciliations
• Supplier MD - Validates correctness of bank account and tax ID in supplier master data change process
• Reconciliations and reports - Reconciles vendor accounts. Prepares AP aging and other AP reports. Confirm balances with external suppliers.
• External communication - Handling vendor inquiries and communication
• Compliance - Ensures work is in accordance with available SOPs and internal instructions.
  
  
  

Autonomy level:

• Works under close supervision. Notices routine problems in daily work and solves them based on available procedure or with assistance.
  
  
  

Basic Requirements:

• English - minimum B1
• Experience >= 0 in AP/AR or general accounting
• Education - bachelor's degree in accounting or finance / or basic accounting courses / or basic accounting knowledge gained through experience
  
  
  

Salary Proposed:

5500- 6500 PLN Gross

Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
