Role description

• The HR Technology and Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining HR technology and analytics solutions, with a strong focus on Workday HCM, advanced Workday Reporting, and People Analytics. This role serves as a key technical and analytical partner to the HRIS team, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective use of HR systems.
• The analyst will play a critical role in the One Model platform implementation, receiving hands‑on training in One Model configuration and functionality and ultimately becoming the One Model Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for the platform. Following implementation, this role will support ongoing analytics needs, dashboarding, and insights delivery

Responsabilities

• Provide day‑to‑day back‑office and end‑user support for HR technology platforms, including Workday HCM and analytics tools.
• Participate actively in the One Model platform implementation, including configuration, testing, and validation activities.
• Receive formal training on One Model functionality and data modeling.
• Serve as the One Model Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact post‑implementation.
• Support ongoing One Model operations, enhancements, data quality, and analytics use cases
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and reporting problems in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled system activities, support testing cycles, and assist with system enhancements and releases.
• Recommend solutions or alternative approaches to meet evolving business requirements
• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards, including matrix, composite, and calculated field–based reporting.
• Support ad‑hoc and recurring reporting needs for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders.
• Enable automated report distribution and data delivery where appropriate.
• Partner with HR teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights.
• Train and support HRIS and HR users in building and interpreting reports and analytics.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across Workday, One Model, and downstream systems.
• Evaluate and support security roles and data access configurations to ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and validation of HR and payroll‑related data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HRIS, HR Technology, Analytics, or related role, demonstrating progressive growth in responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday HCM, including strong proficiency in Workday Reporting (advanced, matrix, composite reports; calculated fields).
• Working knowledge of People Analytics concepts, data analysis, and HR metrics.
• Experience extracting, validating, and analyzing data to support business and operational needs
