Your role

As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you operate at the intersection of data engineering, applied analytics, and AI-enabled analytics use cases. You are responsible for building and maintaining the data foundations that power communications measurement, while also contributing directly to analytics, insight generation, and reporting outputs.

You work closely with Business Analysts, AI engineers, and the Communications Analytics Lead to translate business questions into scalable data pipelines, analytics-ready datasets, and AI-driven insight solutions.

• Collect, clean, validate, and transform data
• Maintain and enhance the Communications data Lake
• Build and monitor ETL pipelines
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts
• Work with AI engineers on AI-driven analytics solutions
• Perform intermediate data analysis
• Develop Power BI dashboards
• Enable analytics self-service
• Maintain documentation in GitHub or other tools
• Ensure compliance with governance and privacy standards

• Python
• SQL
• Databases & ETL pipelines
• Power BI
• ETL tooling (Alteryx or similar)
• Cloud platforms (Snowflake / Azure / AWS)
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with AI-enabled analytics
• Exposure to analytics automation or intelligent agents
• Experience working in global enterprise environments
