Core Technology Stack:

• Azure DevOps: Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Wikis, Analytics
• SharePoint: Knowledge and documentation repository
• Power BI: Executive and operational dashboards
• Power Automate: Process automation and notifications
• Teams: Collaboration and ADO integration
• The State has implemented a Statewide Data Lake on AWS, following a medallion architecture and focusing on native services. The State maintains standard templates that must be utilized to ingest and schedule processing of data.

To accomplish these priorities, the Board is seeking to engage a Project Manager to oversee Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Project (and/or Planner Premium, client's current project management tool) usage; conduct general project management activities, including schedule and budget management; and ensure inter-team coordination.

Job Description/Required Skills:

• Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and sprint cadence.

Mandatory:

• Scrum Master certification
• Strong Azure DevOps hands-on experience
• Sprint/backlog management and scrum ceremony facilitation
• Audit-ready traceability and impediment management capability

Minimum acceptable:

• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Experience with ADO dashboards, sprint metrics, user story management, and release tracking
• Ability to coach teams and coordinate across technical/governance workstreams
• Preferably experience in public sector or health data modernization
