Job Description – Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager will manage and oversee multiple project deliveries and proof-of-concept initiatives. The role involves stakeholder engagement, vendor management, governance, risk management, and compliance oversight while driving digital transformation initiatives using modern technologies such as AI, SaaS, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects and POC experimentation
• Lead stakeholder engagement and senior user interactions
• Handle vendor management and coordination
• Provide project progress reporting and governance updates
• Manage risk, audits, security, financial and procurement compliance
• Drive solution recommendations using product mindset
• Support digital transformation initiatives across systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver implemented solutions
• Lead senior stakeholder presentations and buy-in discussions
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality, and project outcomes

Technical Environment

• GovTech tech stack exposure (Ship/HATS, authentication products)
• Hosting environments: GCC, IM8, SaaS
• Technologies: AI, Microsoft Power Platform, SaaS platforms
• Corporate systems: Finance, Procurement, HR, Knowledge Management

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience delivering products/systems implementation
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in Government ICT environment
• Domain knowledge in Financial, Procurement, HR, or corporate systems
• Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI-driven projects
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of GovTech standards and compliance frameworks
