Manager, Account Management

Overview

The Manager - Account Management is a key role in the Nordics & Baltic market as we continue to build on our success in the local markets. In this role you will be responsible for our overall relationship with one, or several, of our card issuing customers.

Role

  • Maintain primary responsibility for managing one, or several, strategic customer relationship(s) including the responsibility to drive sales of new products/services/solutions and account management activities
  • Develop strong and enduring customer relationships with several key stakeholders at the customer to become a trusted advisors and partner
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline of product, services and solutions and execute against this pipeline to drive revenues
  • Identify and execute against mutual agreed objectives based on a strong understanding of the customer’s future strategy and organizational politics


About You

  • Possess a curious mind-set and wish to learn and develop
  • Relevant experience in account management, preferably including a card-based payments business, with strong technical and product knowledge expertise
  • Strong experience and successful track record in sales and marketing of products and solutions to issuers, acquirers and/or merchants in the Baltic market
  • Must demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to drive business on own initiative
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conceptualize, structure, write, and present information to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to challenge existing mantras in a constructive and diplomatic manner
  • Able to operate and demonstrate success in a fast moving and internationally matrixed organization and working across functional teams
