Senior PHP Developer

A growing technology team is looking for a seasoned Full‑Stack Engineer who can take ownership of end‑to‑end feature development across modern backend and frontend stacks. You’ll work across APIs, UI components, databases, and testing to deliver production‑ready software in a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features from concept to deployment

• Build backend services and APIs using PHP (MVC frameworks) and Node.js

• Develop and enhance Angular‑based applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Write and optimize relational database queries

• Improve existing code through refactoring and expanded automated test coverage

• Participate in code reviews and consistently deliver sprint commitments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong experience with PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Zend, etc.) and Node.js (NestJS, Express, etc.)

• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL or similar)

• Experience building RESTful APIs and modern SPAs

• Ability to quickly become productive in an existing codebase

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Angular (2+) experience; exposure to React or Vue is a plus

• Experience with serverless services or high‑volume transactional systems

• Background improving automated test coverage in mature applications

• Comfortable collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
