About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking a PMO Analyst to support governance, compliance, and performance monitoring across digital initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring projects adhere to established PMO standards, governance frameworks, and organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance project visibility, control, and delivery consistency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of PMO governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor project compliance with PMO standards and report deviations
  • Track project performance, risks, and issues, ensuring proper documentation and escalation
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote PMO best practices
  • Conduct project audits and health checks to ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Maintain and manage PMO documentation, including reports, templates, and compliance records
  • Identify gaps in project governance and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate with Digital Adoption & Change teams to support governance awareness and adoption
  • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for senior management


Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or project coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, project governance, and compliance practices
  • Experience in project reporting, tracking KPIs, and performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with risk management and audit processes
  • Proficiency in PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage
