Job description:

Experience delivering training sessions via web-based interactive technology.

Experience empowering Scrum Masters and delivery teams to leverage AI as a supportive tool that enhances human decision-making, creativity, and collaboration.

Experience using AI tools to support Scrum Master activities, including meeting facilitation, sprint documentation, backlog analysis, and team collaboration enhancement.

Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps

Experience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches.
