TBO.COM, an internationally award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in Dubai. A proactive, detail-oriented to support the President of our International Business Unit in reporting, updating and optimizing performance metrics across global Regions.

Job description:

Reporting on Execution Planning & Strategy Implementation

• Collaborate directly with the President to track and follow-up on strategies.
• Coordinate with the HQ Strategy Department to ensure timely completion and follow-up on strategic initiatives, coordinated and agreed with every Region.
• Support regional Commercial Directors in the follow-up and detailed measure of regional-specific strategies, operational improvements, and business plans aligned with the overall strategy.

Analytical Support & Ad-hoc Analysis

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights for decision-making across various functions.
• Leverage tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other analytical software to manage, interpret, and present complex data to support business growth.
• Track and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and report results to senior management.
• Coordination with HQ and Regional departments to solve problems promptly

Presentation Development & Communication

• Assist the President and Commercial Directors in creating high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, and quality across all presentations and documents.
• Provide insights, structure, and storytelling guidance to make presentations clear, concise, and compelling.

Other support (not limited to)

• Assist in meeting scheduling, planning and time optimization.
• Support in exec level meetings, for minute distribution and follow-up items.
• Support coordination of quarterly events.
• Act as point of contact when needed

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting, experience in B2B tech or travel tech environment advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with large-scale data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to craft professional, high-impact presentations and analysis.
• Complete fluency in English is a must (written and verbal) other relevant to business languages is advantageous.
