Digital Transformation Architect

You sit at the intersection of digital strategy, application architecture, and user experience. Autonomous on complex project modules, you act as a trusted partner to your clients — able to move from vision to execution without losing the thread.

What you'll do

You'll design and lead workstreams spanning digital architecture and UX/UI, with a focus on native mobile applications (iOS & Android) and omnichannel customer experiences.

You'll translate complex user journeys — including self-service flows, digital-to-assisted channel transitions, and human-in-the-loop interactions — into robust, implementable technical solutions across hybrid environments mixing legacy systems and modern APIs.

You'll bridge business and technology: collaborating with Product Owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders, defining pragmatic roadmaps, running client workshops, formulating architectural recommendations, and supporting their implementation.

You'll naturally embed data, automation, and AI considerations into your deliverables.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Architect, UX Lead, or digital consultant
• Hands-on background in omnichannel transformation, ideally in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, utilities)
• Solid command of modern architecture patterns: API Gateway, BFF, event-driven, cloud integration (AWS/Azure), CIAM (Okta or equivalent)
• Hands-on with native mobile development; familiarity with low-code platforms is a plus
• A consultant at heart: structured, solution-oriented, comfortable in demanding environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
