IT Project Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Defining the project scope, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with the stakeholders
• Developing project plans including timelines, budgets and resources allocation
• Managing and tracking timelines, budgets and resources allocation
• Conducting risk assessments and plan mitigation strategies
• Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Leading and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Providing regular status to stakeholders, PMO and management
• Serving as a primary point of contact for all-project related communications for stakeholders and resource management
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements
• Ensure a smooth transition from project mode to operational mode with associated teams

Your profile:

• Strong IT background or experience managing IT projects
• Fluent written and spoken English and French, German is a plus
• To work autonomously with the ability to request support and escalation when needed
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to create and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
• Good technical skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and align projects with business objectives
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
