Group Learning & Development Coordinator

Your Mission

Are you ready to make a sustainable impact?

As a Group Learning & Development Coordinator, you will drive global learning initiatives, coordinate impactful seminars, and enhance the learning culture at Puratos.

Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for our global teams while optimizing processes and leveraging innovative tools.

Your Key Accountabilities

Coordinate and support learning projects:

• You lead and support global learning initiatives (e.g. mentoring approach, new digital learning solutions) from design to implementation.
• You collaborate with HR teams, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• You drive communication, activation, reporting, and impact measurement of learning programs.
  
  

Organize and implement L&D seminars:

• You coordinate all aspects of seminars, from planning to execution, including logistics, communication, and financial tracking.
• You ensure seamless participant experiences by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• You follow-up on the annual budget for the learning & development programs and ensure on-time delivery within budget for your scope.
• You continuously improve seminar processes and learning outcomes through detailed reporting and analysis.
  
  

Collaborate and innovate:

• You work closely with the Group L&D team to contribute to a dynamic, learning culture.
• You stay updated on learning technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Office Management, or equivalent experience.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in HR, event, or project management within an international context. L&D experience is a strong plus.
• You have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• You are proficient in MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with tools like SuccessFactors Learning, Articulate, or similar.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Spanish is an asset.
• You are tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems.
• You have a collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are creative and open to continuous improvement.
• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
