QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in PHP development
· Strong Proficiency in PHP and Laravel (in C# - ASP .NET CORE and/or JS - NodeJS is a big plus)
· Strong understanding of OOP concepts and software design patterns
· RDBMS knowledge like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
· Experience NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, CouchBase etc.
· Experience with third-party integrations
· No military obligation for male candidates.
NICE TO HAVE
· Strong knowledge of architectural patterns like Microservice, Event-driven and CQRS
· Experience in high traffic applications.
· Experience in Payment Systems / Financial Technologies / Electronic Money
· Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
· Experience with Jira, RabbitMq, Confluence, Git tools for software delivery
· Experience in mentoring junior developers
· Experience in code review processes and technical decision making
· Previous experience in team leadership or technical lead roles
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Developing web solutions for Payment Systems and Financial Technologies according with quality standards on specified platforms
· Designing and maintaining scalable backend systems
· Maintaining and improving existing projects
· Participating in architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning
· Mentoring junior team members
· Following the new developments in Fintech and Information technologies.
