Agile Coach - Atlassian

We are supporting a global enterprise organisation in hiring an experienced Agile Coach with deep Atlassian expertise to drive delivery transformation across technology and business teams.

This is a transformation-focused position where you will modernise ways of working, embed data-driven delivery practices, and help teams fully leverage the Atlassian ecosystem as their primary source of truth. You will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, influencing leadership while coaching squads directly within Jira and Confluence environments.

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and modern product delivery practices

• Drive transition from traditional project management to Jira-based delivery governance

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and transformation initiatives

• Embed Jira dashboards, automated reporting, and Confluence-based documentation as the single source of truth

• Guide teams in backlog structuring, board setup, workflow optimisation, and metric design

• Partner with the Atlassian Administrator to shape templates, governance models, and configurations

• Promote consistent tool usage across squads, departments, and leadership

• Support OKR alignment, roadmap visibility, and dependency management using Atlassian tools

• Lead organisational change initiatives focused on transparency and simplification
  
  

• 6+ years' experience in Agile Coaching / Delivery Transformation roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software and Confluence (boards, workflows, dashboards, hierarchies)

• Experience translating Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) into practical Jira configurations

• Strong understanding of regulated industries (Pharma, Medical devices, Life sciences)

• Proven track record driving cultural change and improving ways of working at scale

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leadership

• Strong facilitation, communication, and training capabilities

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
