EMCD is looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Manager to help us expand our ecosystem across the LATAM region.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners interested in financial solutions. Develop personalized strategies to attract new clients.
- Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends. Develop sales forecasts and implement process improvements.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance the functionality and market positioning of B2B financial products.
- Innovation and Improvement: Introduce new sales methods tailored to the specifics of the financial products and fintech industry in the LATAM region. Optimize client interaction processes to improve customer experience.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on target achievement, market trends, and key aspects of the departments performance.
- 5+ years of experience in selling financial products or fintech solutions.
- Experience with investment instruments, assets, or banking services is a strong advantage.
- Existing network and warm client base of companies in the LATAM market.
- Deep understanding of financial products, the LATAM market, and client behavior.
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to manage change and adapt to fast-moving market conditions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and results orientation.
- Fully remote position from Argentina.
- Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday.
