Build Your Career at the Core of Executive Decision-Making
We are hiring a CEO Office Junior Associate to work directly alongside the CEO.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lugano.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
This is an opportunity for a highly structured, execution-driven junior professional to operate at the center of executive activity and progressively grow toward a senior Executive Office or Chief of Staff pathway.
What You Will Do
Executive Time & Priority Architecture
- Manage and optimize a complex CEO calendar across multiple entities
- Resolve scheduling conflicts with structured prioritization
- Coordinate board meetings and executive sessions
- Implement time-blocking and workflow systems
International Travel & Operational Control
- Plan and coordinate multi-country travel
- Build contingency-ready itineraries
- Occasionally travel with the CEO when required
- Ensure productivity continuity during travel periods
Executive Inbox & Information Management
- Structure executive communications
- Track priorities and follow-ups
- Build dashboards for pending matters
- Progressively evolve toward inbox filtering
Executive Operations
- Manage expense tracking and reporting
- Standardize documentation processes
- Coordinate cross-entity deliverables
- Support team alignment and deadline monitoring
Governance Support
- Prepare board materials
- Maintain organized governance documentation
- Support structured reporting processes
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a structured professional environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in one of these languages is a plus: a)Spanish; b)German; c)French
- Calm under pressure
- Execution-focused with strong accountability
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Motivated to grow toward a strategic executive pathway
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in Lugano
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and AI tools (ChatGPT)
- Strong Communication skills to manage internal and external interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee smooth operation and coordination of daily activities
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and finance-related tasks to manage expense tracking and report preparation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in supporting executive-level professionals is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Compensation
- Annual gross salary range: starting from CHF 45,000–55,000, depending on experience and profile
- Structured performance review after 6 months
