The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary partner for our most strategic sponsors and partners (Tier 1 & Key Accounts). You will manage the end-to-end relationship, ensuring that our partners’ objectives are not only met but exceeded.

This is a high-stakes role requiring a blend of project management excellence, strategic consulting, and a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for top-tier sponsors, building long-term relationships and understanding their business goals.
  • Onboarding & Delivery: Lead the successful onboarding of partners, ensuring all contractual deliverables (marketing campaigns, speaking slots, branding, booth logistics) are executed flawlessly across PBW and RAISE.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless "Chain of Events" experience for your portfolio.
  • ROI Maximization: Proactively consult with partners to optimize their presence at our events, providing data-driven insights and creative solutions to maximize their return on investment.
  • Retention & Upsell: Partner with the Sales team to identify renewal and expansion opportunities, turning one-time sponsors into long-term strategic partners.
  • Process Excellence: Contribute to the scaling of the CS department by implementing best practices, tools, and reporting workflows to ensure a consistent, "high-level" experience for all accounts.
  • On-site Execution: Participate to the VIP partner experience on the ground during events, resolving issues in real-time and ensuring flawless delivery under pressure.


About You

  • Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership Management, ideally in the Event, AdTech, or SaaS industry.
  • High-Stakes Fluency: You have experience managing high-value accounts (>€500k) and interacting with C-level executives.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in or knowledge of Blockchain, AI, and Web3 is highly preferred.
  • Operational Rigor: You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (our primary working language); French is a strong plus.
  • Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership and proactive problem-solving are key.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English is a must. You will be operating in a fully international environment. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Monday.com is a strong advantage to manage complex project workflows and deadlines.
