You Will

• Take ownership of service analytics and provide ongoing analytical support for product, marketing, and web teams.
• Work with existing data foundations, dashboards, and metrics, improving and scaling them where needed.
• Answer ad-hoc and recurring business questions related to product performance, marketing efficiency, and growth.
• Maintain and develop performance, ROI, and attribution analytics in collaboration with product and growth teams.
• Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and clear documentation for key dashboards and reports.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

We’ll Have a Match If You

• Have 2+ years of experience in a data or product analytics role within a product company.
• Are confident with SQL and use it regularly in real production work.
• Have experience supporting product and/or marketing teams with analytics and insights.
• Understand core product, growth, and marketing metrics and how they are used in decision-making.
• Are comfortable working independently and managing multiple analytical requests in parallel.
• Communicate clearly and pragmatically, focusing on business impact rather than overengineering.
• Have an ownership mindset and take responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs.
