The Role: We are looking for a Middle Marketing Designer for an AI-based project at appflame.

You Will

• Creating catchy advertising creatives for Meta and other networks.
• Working on tasks from the creative producers team.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions, suggesting your own design ideas.
• Analyzing the results of creatives together with the team.
• Focusing on the performance metrics of creatives, forming and testing hypotheses.
• Working with AI tools for creative creation.
• Staying aware of social media trends and platform-specific aesthetics in static performance ads.
  
  

We’ll Have a Match If You

• Portfolio of advertising creatives you are proud of.
• 1+ years of experience in designing creatives for performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Your English level is at least B2.
• Understanding of design principles: basic knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, etc.
• Your super skills include creative thinking and results-oriented work.
• You are detail-oriented, have a high level of self-organization, and time management skills.
• Strong skills in working with AI tools for creatives generation.
  
  

Will Be An Advantage

• Motion Skills: Basic knowledge of After Effects or video editing is a plus.
• Performance Marketing Exposure: Understanding of how creatives impact user acquisition and conversion metrics.
