General Qualifications

• BSc, MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, OO Design patterns
• Expert in Java programming language (Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Maven, JUnit)
• Experience using RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience in messaging software such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and demonstration skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications and improve the quality of our system architecture
• Eager to code in pairs
• Participate in planning meetings, estimate tasks and execute code reviews
• Bring new technology and ideas to the table
• Deploy new releases that work
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
