Requirements

• Strong background in Javascript (OOJS, ECMAScript, Typescript might be a plus),
• Experience on modern Javascript frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React,
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promise chaining, server-side rendering, SPA,
• Experience with compilers, task runners, bundlers such as Babel, Grunt, Gulp and Webpack,
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS,
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, SASS/SCSS or LESS,
• Solid understanding of CSS writing methodologies(BEM, OOCSS, ACSS etc.),
• Experience in version control systems such as Git,
• Experience in developing cross-platform web applications,
• Keenness and care to achieve pixel-perfection,
• Ability to interface with business stakeholders and understand their priorities,
• Authorization to work in Turkey.
• Understanding Scrum, Kanban, or Lean frameworks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of focused, hands-on development experience,
• A self-motivated, team player mindset,
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and a willingness for self-improvement,
• A good command of written and spoken English,
• Male candidates should have no military obligation or have it postponed for at least 2 years.

Pluses

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related departments (BSc. or MSc.),
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms and design patterns
• Experience in Agile software development principles such as TDD, BDD, pair-programming, and CI/CD,
• Experience on JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, Vue.js,
• Knowledge of Node.js philosophy,
• Experience in software testing methods such as unit, integration and functional tests.
• Experience in plug-in development for Babel, Webpack or similar tools,
• Substantial contribution in open-source projects,
• Experience in CSS3 techniques such as flexbox and calc()
