About the position: We are looking for a Head of IT Support who will take ownership of building, developing, and scaling the IT support function. This role is critical to ensuring stable business operations, high-quality employee service, and the implementation of modern ITSM practices. You will lead the support team, processes, and infrastructure while fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

- IT Support Operations Management

  • Organize and manage the IT Support function
  • Lead Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, Service Desk, and engineering teams
  • Manage workload, prioritize requests, and monitor SLA/OLA performance
  • Establish and continuously improve support standards and service quality

- Processes and Services

  • Design and optimize support processes in line with ITIL / ITSM best practices
  • Develop and maintain the IT service catalog
  • Implement, enhance, and optimize the Service Desk system

- Infrastructure and Workplace Environment

  • Ensure reliability and availability of end-user equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Support internal corporate applications
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and corporate services
  • Organize procurement and inventory management of IT equipment, licenses, and subscriptions

- Team Management

  • Hire, evaluate performance, and develop IT support specialists
  • Build training programs and competency frameworks
  • Increase team engagement and improve service quality

- Projects and Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in IT projects as a representative of internal user needs
  • Initiate improvements related to user experience (UX)
  • Optimize costs and implement automation solutions (scripts, chatbots, self-service portals)


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing IT Support or Service Desk teams
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, AD / M365, networking, and basic information security principles
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools
  • Solid knowledge and practical application of ITIL principles
