Crypto Assets Solutions Architect & Support Lead (Digital Asset Custody)

The Opportunity JForce, Turkey’s leading technology partner for tier-1 financial institutions, is expanding its Mission-Critical Infrastructure division. We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to spearhead the deployment and operational excellence of a world-leading Digital Asset Custody platform within the Turkish banking ecosystem.

This is a high-stakes role acting as the primary bridge between a global Tier-1 Blockchain Technology Provider and Turkey’s largest banks. You will lead the technical lifecycle of institutional-grade crypto-custody solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic On-Site Response: Act as the elite responder for mission-critical incidents (Sev-1) at bank Data Centers (Istanbul) and DR sites (Ankara), ensuring 99.99% availability of digital asset services.
• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Deep-dive troubleshooting in Linux (RHEL) and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments using advanced log management (ELK, Splunk).
• Cryptographic Operations: Own the lifecycle of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) critical for institutional digital asset security.
• Global Technical Liaison: Lead "Virtual War Rooms" with global engineering teams based in Silicon Valley and Europe.
• Presales & Sandbox Excellence: Master the platform’s sandbox environment to lead technical demos and simulate complex banking scenarios.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Architecture, preferably within the Banking or Fintech sectors.
• Infrastructure Mastery: Hand-On knowledge of Kubernetes (CKA preferred), OpenShift, and Linux-based enterprise systems.
• Security & Crypto: Hands-on experience with HSMs (Thales, SafeNet) and cryptographic protocols (mTLS, PKI).
• Blockchain Interest: A strong technical understanding of DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) and digital asset custody flows.
• Resilience: Experience managing high-pressure situations in financial environments.
• Communication: Fluent technical English for seamless collaboration with global product principals.
