Ripple Custody Lead Support Specialist

The Opportunity

JForce, the trusted technology partner for Turkey’s leading financial institutions is embarking on a strategic partnership with Ripple (Metaco), the global leader in enterprise blockchain and crypto solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead who will act as the Captain of our local Ripple Custody operations. You will be the primary bridge between Ripple’s global engineering teams and the critical banking infrastructures in Turkey.

Note: This is a high-profile role. The selected candidate will undergo a technical vetting process directly by Ripple’s Global Team in addition to JForce’s standard hiring procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Intervention Partner: Serve as the primary On-Site Responder for Turkish banks running Ripple Custody solutions. You will physically deploy to bank Data Centers (Istanbul) or DR sites (Ankara) during critical severity incidents (Sev-1).
• Technical Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis using log management tools (ELK, Splunk,QRadar) and system diagnostics to resolve complex issues in Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Crypto & Security Operations: Manage the lifecycle of Hardware Security Modules (HSM), cryptographic keys, and certificate authorities (PKI) required for digital asset custody.
• Global Communication: Act as the technical voice of the customer in Virtual War Rooms with Ripple’s global support teams. Fluency in technical English is non-negotiable.
• Leadership: Coordinate a squad of 3 engineers (Architect, Backend, System Admin), ensuring 24/7 Follow-the-Sun coverage and operational readiness.
• Presales & Training: Utilize the Ripple Custody Sandbox environment to simulate customer scenarios, master new features, and support the presales team during technical demos for potential banking clients.

Required Qualifications

1. Technical Background:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Architecture within the Banking/Fintech sector.
• Digital Assets (The X-Factor): Proven interest or professional experience in Blockchain nodes, Crypto Custody solutions, or Ledger technologies is highly preferred.
• Infrastructure: Deep mastery of Linux (RHEL), Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Container orchestration.
• Security: Hands-on experience with HSM (Thales/SafeNet/nCipher), PKI, TLS/mTLS, and network security protocols.

2. Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm and decisive under extreme pressure (e.g., banking service outages).
• Availability: Willingness to work in an On-Call Rotation model to guarantee 24/7 SLA compliance.
• Language: Advanced/Native-like English proficiency (verbal and written) is mandatory for global coordination.

3. Preferred Certifications:

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) / Red Hat OpenShift
• AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
• CISSP or relevant Security certifications
