- Driver attendance monitoring and reporting (Target: 98% attendance tracking accuracy)
- Driver document compliance (license, visa, training validity – 100% compliance)
- Recruitment cycle time for drivers and fleet staff
- Employee records accuracy and HR system updates
- Coordination of driver training and safety session
