System and Network Engineer

As a System and Network Engineer, you will become the technical go-to person for providing support, supervision, and resolution of various issues on our equipment and systems. You will ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and comprehensive follow-up of interventions, working alongside internal and external teams.

About The Role

You will be responsible for offering first-level technical support to clients and internal teams. Using your expertise, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, automation, or instrumentation. You will coordinate maintenance tasks and maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to partake in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical, mechanical, automation, and instrumentation domains.
• Draft and update technical documentation, including procedures, guides, and intervention reports.
• Coordinate technical activities with maintenance teams, service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Follow up on tickets and technical requests, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities as required.
• Travel to client sites or various locations to support, follow up, and commission equipment and systems.

What we're looking for

We are seeking candidates with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills to become part of our team.

• Engineering degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, commissioning, or maintenance roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, drawings, documentation, and system architectures.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, automation, or industrial processes, or a strong willingness to further develop these skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
