Functional Analist / Scrum Master

We’re looking for a senior consultant to join our client’s team in a complex, regulated technology environment. This role combines training, functional analysis, and Scrum Mastery, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business context, Agile delivery, and knowledge transfer—without being tied to a single visible organisation or product.

The Role

You will combine three complementary responsibilities within Agile delivery teams operating in a safety-critical domain:

• Act as a senior trainer, delivering structured training sessions (often in English) on business and domain topics to IT professionals such as analysts, developers, and testers
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer, ensuring teams understand the broader operational and business context
• Serve as Scrum Master and Functional Analyst within a small Agile/Scrum team, facilitating collaboration and delivery
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Organise, prepare, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile meetings in English
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in Agile best practices
• Perform functional analysis for team releases, from high-level requirements to detailed specifications
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align delivery with user and business needs
• Work within strict quality and safety standards, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance
• Contribute proactively to continuous improvement in team processes and delivery outcomes
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

You are a senior professional who combines pedagogical skills with strong analytical and facilitation capabilities:

• Proven experience as a trainer, functional analyst, and Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and structurally
• User- and quality-focused mindset, comfortable working in regulated, safety-critical contexts
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in multicultural teams
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO-based quality, security, and safety frameworks

• Training delivery experience (senior level)
• Functional analysis experience (senior level)
• Scrum Master experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira (including configuration/administration) and Confluence
• Experience with Balsamiq, Enterprise Architect, Postman, and UML
