Requirement

  • Resident in İstanbul
  • Graduated from a reputable university in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs
  • Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
  • Being responsible, dynamic, team-oriented and solution-oriented
  • Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Active driver with B class license
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • No restriction to travel


Job Description

  • Being the first contact point for internal clients related with HR processes, systems and practices
  • Building strong relationships with business managers and acting as a consultant to key stakeholders and customers
  • Coordinating employee lifecycle processes and controlling all employee movements (transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) & communicating them with related parties
  • Conducting exit interviews, analyzing and reporting the results
  • Preparing of job descriptions, running recruitment processes on career platforms, applying selection criteria and managing all correspondance with candidates including offers
  • Helping lay strong foundations for a company that is in a healthy way by building a great culture
  • Working closely with leaders to analyse, anticipate and outline present and future organisational capabilities
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied
  • Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate
