This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong HR foundation who is looking to gain hands-on exposure across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll support, learning & development, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, contract amendments, and offboarding
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate management
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll administration, compensation, and employee benefits processes
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR policy implementation
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programmes

About You

• 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Operations, or HR Officer role
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
• CIPD qualified, HR degree qualified, or currently working towards a recognised HR qualification
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using HRIS systems (Oracle experience desirable)
