• Demonstrated ability to analyse data to support decision-making and prioritise initiatives.
• Experience in project and portfolio planning, including managing organisational change and supporting adoption of new systems.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders.

• Confident facilitator, able to lead workshops and discussions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Comfortable using project management and roadmap tools, and able to design fit-for-purpose templates when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Map procedures against existing process maps to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Explore and define the target technical solution and architecture, including interdependencies and complexity.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to collect inputs and validate procedure content.
• Design and develop an interactive, user-friendly procedures framework.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions in collaboration with the overseeing team.
• Identify and manage dependencies, sequencing, and implementation timelines.
• Communicate progress, plans, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, ensuring confidence that their requirements are understood and addressed.
