Overview

INTERNSHIP | FULL TIME | from DECEMBER

For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for an intern to join our People & Organization Team, supporting activities specifically related to the company’s operation functions.

Your Impact

Main Activities

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Providing support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities
  • Maintaining accurate data in the HR team's database
  • Monitoring HR KPI’s and analytics reports
  • Defining recruiting needs and drafting job descriptions
  • Actively supporting internal HR projects

Qualification

  • Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor Consultant
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills at all levels
