Our Global Study Leadership Interns are an integral part of the Global Study Leadership Department and work in partnership with Project Management Analysts, Project Leaders, Clinical Leads and Site Activation Managers in our Therapeutic and Customer aligned Delivery Units.
Your key purpose will be to support global study delivery through hands on project management and operational coordination. Interns enable effective clinical oversight by maintaining systems, supporting cross‑functional collaboration, and executing structured, repeatable activities; leveraging data‑driven insights, digital tools, and AI‑enabled ways of working to mitigate risk, control cost, manage timelines and support patient safety, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and project support across the study lifecycle to enable timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Maintain study trackers, documentation repositories, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
- Support cross‑functional collaboration by coordinating inputs, follow‑ups, and information flow across global clinical and operational teams.
- Execute standardized, execution‑focused activities that reduce administrative burden and allow senior roles to focus on decision‑making.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 platforms and AI‑enabled productivity tools (e.g., copilots, automation, analytics) to improve efficiency and insight.
- Assist with monitoring and preparation of inputs related to quality signals, issues, and action tracking, within defined governance and escalation models.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree completed or recently awarded – preference for Life Sciences, Project Management, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- Strong digital fluency, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with openness to AI‑enabled tools and new technologies
- Demonstrated interest in clinical research, healthcare innovation, and emerging digital capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a global, virtual environment
- Evidence of analytical thinking, problem‑solving capability, and learning agility
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to adopt new tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making
