Responsibilities

Payment Product Support

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing payment product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Research payment trends and provide insights into market best practices.

UI/UX Design

• Support the design of user interfaces for payment-related features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Provide feedback and contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.

Data Analysis

• Analyze transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (e.g., success rates, failure rates).
• Present data-driven insights to guide product improvements and business decisions.

Project Management

• Participate in sprint planning and track the progress of ongoing projects.
• Assist in documenting requirements, creating product roadmaps, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Prior coursework or projects in product management, payment systems, or UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of payment platforms and technologies is a plus.
