Your missions
- Organizing the onboarding of employees (personal documents, contracts, etc)
- Assisting employees and managers on any administration forms or processes (amendment, sick leave, bonus, transportation, car damages, healthcare)
- Explaining, Following-up and controlling working time (days-off, overtime etc)
- Manage the resignations through the group process (exit survey - exit meeting)
- Maintaining employees´database by verifying information and documents are available and up to date (entries, exits, HR Documents, ID, etc)
- Ensure affiliation and declaration to local HR organism (insurance, etc)
- Providing any HR forms related to work certificates, wage tax deduction, corporate healthcare, etc (on demand)
- Advising employees on Group's applications use and completion
- Supporting HR Departments on global Groups and Training presentations (application, process, etc)
- Communicating the concerned parties about unusual questions or sensitive issues and give feedback to the manager
- Communicating to the local HR team information or important problematics related to HR Support department, including recurrent requests
- Informing payroll team about any discrepancies or anomalies of day-off balances, payslips and trigger the corrections via the HRO. Managing tasks related to the admin part of the detachment of employees when eneded (rare cases) alongside the Mobility team
- Experience of less than 2 years in HR processes or employee support.
- Knowledge of HR tools and systems is a strong advantage.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
