• Je wordt als payroll professional ingeschakeld voor diverse in-house projecten. Je ondersteunt de klant om tot een efficiënte en perfecte loon- en personeelsadministratie te komen;
• Je vormt een aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond sociaal juridische wetgeving voor medewerkers en stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Je fungeert als een partner voor je klant;
• Door jouw klantgerichte houding en proactieve manier van denken, heb je oog voor verbeteringen en adviseer je de payroll afdeling omtrent hun manier van werken. Je weet mee na te denken over de interne processen en formuleert verbetervoorstellen indien nodig.
  
  

Als Payroll Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende opdrachten bij diverse opdrachtgevers. Je positioneert Deloitte als business partner en werkt mee aan de groei van het HRO team.

Your Story

We zoeken energieke HR professionals die zich herkennen in onderstaand profiel:

• Je combineert een Bachelor of Master diploma met minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring als payroll professional. Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de sociale wetgeving;
• Je beschikt over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden waaronder kennis van salarissoftwarepakketten;
• Je bent nauwgezet, gedetailleerd, goed georganiseerd en in staat om zelfstandig te werken om deadlines te halen;
• Je werkt met nodige integriteit en hanteert een hoge mate van vertrouwelijkheid;
• Je weet je vloeiend uit te drukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
