🏠 Founding Product Designer

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to shape Clara from the ground up.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants to be a long-term partner in building the product. You will work directly with the founder and have deep ownership over how Clara looks, feels, and works.

You will design Clara’s core product end to end.

You will rethink and redesign the mortgage advisory experience from first principles.

You will turn complex financial processes into calm, intuitive, and trustworthy user journeys.

You will obsess over interaction details, hierarchy, language, and flow.

You will work closely with the founding engineer to define product behaviour and system logic.

You will set the foundations for Clara’s design system, product principles, and experience quality.

You are deeply obsessed with product design and customer experience.

You care about every detail because details shape trust.

You have designed and shipped products that people actually use.

You are comfortable owning the full design process without needing heavy direction.

You think independently, make strong decisions, and stand behind them.

You are motivated by building something meaningful, not by surface-level aesthetics or trends.
