Join the PwC Experience Center in Luxembourg, where you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and business. You will work closely with designers, consultants, and client stakeholders to co-create innovative, human-centered solutions.

What Your Role Will Look Like

As a Service Designer Intern, you contribute to shaping user-centered services by translating business challenges, research insights, and data into tangible experiences. You will support innovation initiatives by helping teams design, test, and refine solutions that improve how clients operate and deliver value.

  • Contribute to design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams
  • Translate user research and business needs into personas, customer journeys, and problem statements
  • Support the creation of wireframes, service blueprints, and experience prototypes
  • Combine insights from research and market trends to generate strategic design concepts
  • Build and iterate interactive prototypes using design and prototyping tools
  • Design visual deliverables (e.g. presentations, infographics) that communicate ideas clearly and effectively

The Skills You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Innovation, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Design Thinking, innovation methodologies, and service design
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g. Figma, Webflow or similar)
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Mural, MS Teams)
  • English and French proficiency
