What You'll do:

Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot;
Build and maintain microservices-based architectures;
Develop and expose RESTful APIs according to best practices;
Deploy and operate services on GCP or AWS;
Use Kubernetes for container orchestration and service management;
Collaborate within an Agile team on new initiatives and features;
Implement reactive services using Mono and WebFlux;
Ensure scalability, reliability and performance of backend systems;
Integrate backend services with databases and external systems;
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation processes;
Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

5+ years of backend development experience with Java and strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot;
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related services;
Solid understanding of microservices architecture;
Experience with Kubernetes;
Strong experience in API design and RESTful services;
Experience working in Agile development environments;
Experience with reactive Java using Mono / WebFlux programming;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;

Nice to have:

Familiarity with workflow engines (Camunda or similars);
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker);
Experience with cloud scheduled activities, jobs and functions;
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases;
