Spring Backend Developer (Lisbon or Porto)

What You'll do:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;
• Design and implement RESTful APIs;
• Work with relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance;
• Contribute to microservices-based architectures;
• Implement and maintain automated tests (unit and integration);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments;
• Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices;
• Support application deployment using containerization technologies;

Who You Are:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience;
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Experience working with relational databases;
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes;
• Experience with JPA and Maven;
• Experience building REST APIs;
• Experience with Git version control;
• Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests);
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools;
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese;

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Experience with cloud-based development;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices;
• Java certifications;
• Cloud-related certifications;
