Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective solutions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, requirements definition, process analysis, and delivery support across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities:

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior leadership, business heads, and cross-functional teams to understand strategic objectives and business challenges
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding
  
  

Requirements & Solution Design

• Define and document high-quality business requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Analyze current-state (AS-IS) processes and design future-state (TO-BE) solutions
• Evaluate solution options and recommend best-fit approaches based on cost, risk, and business value
  
  

Project & Delivery Support

• Support project managers and product owners throughout the full project lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid)
• Ensure scope control, requirements traceability, and change impact analysis
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, and defect triage
  
  

Data & Process Analysis

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Define KPIs, business metrics, and reporting requirements
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
  
  

Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor junior business analysts and review deliverables for quality and consistency
• Establish business analysis standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
• Contribute to organizational knowledge management and continuous improvement efforts
  
  

Qualifications

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts
• Familiarity with process modeling tools and reporting/analytics platforms
• Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA)
