At Head Aero, sales are at the heart of our business, and we’re currently looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Head Aero is a US-based company with main offices in Miami and Vilnius. We specialize in commercial aircraft asset sales and acquisitions, leasing, storage, and spare parts trading. Our group also includes Landing Gear Leasing (LGL) and AWS MRO, which focus on landing gear leasing and repair services. Head Aero has earned its reputation as a disruptive force in the aviation industry by exceeding customer expectations and finding solutions where others couldn’t.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide;
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies;
  • Represent Head Aero professionally in meetings, negotiations, and events;
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions and closed deals;
  • Support the company’s presence at trade fairs and customer events;
  • Travel internationally to meet clients and expand business opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING


  • Proven B2B sales experience in aviation or a related industry;
  • Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage);
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex deals;
  • A proactive mindset with a talent for spotting new opportunities;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
