Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Associate Manager: 2900 - 6900 EUR gross, Manager: 3900 - 8300 EUR gross, Senior Manager: 4800 - 10000 EUR gross

Responsibilities:

Plan and govern SAP end-to-end implementation project lifecycle and supporting activities

Assure SAP project delivery within scope, time, budget, quality and other objectives

Assure SAP project delivery in accordance to organization, quality and best practice expectations

Ensure delivery aligned with SAP methodologies and governance standards

Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integration, data, testing)

Measure and report project performance to stakeholders

Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes

Manage project teams and their performance

Job Qualifications

Solid understanding of SAP project delivery methodology (e.g., SAP Activate or similar)

Practical experience in managing one of several SAP implementation project streams, or end-to-end SAP project management experience.

Practical project management experience in at least 2 projects SAP projects for 3+ years

Solid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)

Ability to work closely with functional leads and understand business processes

Awareness of integration points across SAP modules and external systems

Practical people management experience in teams consisting of at least 20 people

Solid understanding of project management processes and best practices, PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred

Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to take responsibility

Higher education in IT field or strong Engineering background
