About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with deep technical expertise in Golang, Java and Twilio to help us scale our core systems and build robust, high-performance backend services. You’ll work closely with a small team of talented engineers but remain heavily hands-on — spending most of your time writing clean, scalable, and efficient code rather than managing people.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services powering our resident experience platform.
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver new features end-to-end.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance as we grow.
Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Golang and proficiency in Java
Proven experience in designing distributed systems and APIs.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead, with a passion for coding over people management.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
